Yes. Every engineer at Empire is fully Gas Safe registered, which is a legal requirement for anyone working on gas appliances in the UK. You can verify our registration directly on the Gas Safe Register.
What areas do you cover?

Do you offer 24/7 emergency call-outs?

Which boiler brands do you install?
We're accredited installers for Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Baxi and Ideal — all the major UK brands. Worcester and Vaillant installs come with up to a 12-year manufacturer warranty, transferable if you sell the house.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. Quotes are free, and we don't charge to come and have a look. You only pay if you book the work in. Fixed-price quotations so there are no surprises.
Can you do same-day landlord gas safety certificates (CP12)?
Yes — same-day CP12 inspections are usually available across Lancashire. We email the digital certificate directly and offer multi-property packages for landlords with several rentals, plus reminder service so you never miss next year's renewal.
How quickly can you get to me for a quote?
Most quotes happen within 24-48 hours of you calling. For straightforward jobs (boiler replacement, CP12, tap repair) we can often quote over the phone. For bigger projects like bathrooms or full heating systems, we'll book a free survey at a time that suits you.
